JTS Service Contracts

Our aim at JTS is to provide a premium service to ensure reliability and to maintain optimum performance from our own and any other make of test chamber. Test chambers, like any machinery, without professional & regular servicing will fail. Becoming less cost effective for your business, not to mention an inconvenience.

There are also legal implications to take into consideration. In order to comply with FGAS regulations all chambers containing over 3Kg of refrigerant must be checked annually. Checks for gas leaks are also required on an annual basis in order to comply with EC legislation.

At JTS we understand that every business is unique and therefore we offer maintenance contracts tailored to meet YOUR needs and budget. Below you will find a list of services available on our maintenace contracts:

One or Two scheduled visits per year.
Visits can include calibration.
Contracts with 24 hour call out available.
Parts inclusive contracts.
Contracts with Unlimited or Limited breakdown visits.

As standard you will recieve:

UK & Ireland support.
UKAS traceable calibration during service visits if required.
Experienced & qualified service engineer with up to date certification.
Signed check sheets provided after each visit.
Refrigeration gas reclaim units carried at all times.
Factory based spare parts holding.
