JTS Warranty

JTS have 3 types of worranty, which are; Spare Parts, Chambers Supplied within the UK & Ireland, Chambers Supplied Outside UK and Ireland. This has been done in order to try and make things as clear as possible. If after reading through you still have some questions or would like some clarification then feel free to contact us.

Spare Parts

Here at JTS we place a large emphasis on using "standard" components wherever possible. This is in a bid to try and make spares easily available. For example if the required item is not in stock with us it will very likely be available through one of the many component suppliers - usually with next day delivery. The easier it is to obtain the components then the shorter the down time for you the customer.

Chamber Supplied Within The UK & Ireland

All new machines supplied by JTS within the UK and Ireland are covered by a 12 month on-site parts and labour warranty.

Our refurbished/used chambers are supplied with 3 months parts and labour warranty.

The warranty includes all technical problems, however accidental damage and misuse are excluded.

Chambers Supplied Outside The UK & Ireland

All new machines are supplied with a 12 month return to base warranty. It is intended that telephone and email technical support will identify the faulty part with the customers assistance. The customer will then remove the faulty part and return it to JTS at the customers expense. Once received at our workshop it will be replaced/repaired and shipped back for the customer to refit.

All used machines are supplied with a 3 months parts only warranty. It is intended that telephone and email technical support will identify the faulty part with the customer assistance.
