Managing Director Opportunity
JTS are recruiting for a successful Managing Director to take the Company forward and lead the way on the next stage of the company journey under an Employee Ownership Trust. We are looking for someone with a proven track record at Managing Director level, as well as experience at Board level. Experience and passion in leading and developing a small team is essential.
This is a hands-on role, working closely with, and having the support of our experienced Operations Director and management, to realise the ongoing opportunities for the Company.
You will have an engineering manufacturing background and a sound understanding of business financials, legal requirements, and production data. Experience of employee ownership would be desirable, as is an understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace.
This role will report to the Trust and will have overall responsibility for developing the business for the benefit of all employees.
An exciting journey lies ahead, which will require a permanent, full time, dynamic Managing Director to take the Company forward.
